You may cancel an order before we begin preparing it. Because meals are cooked to order, once preparation has started an order can no longer be cancelled.

Customers can cancel their order / requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
For reservations and catering, cancellation terms and any deposit conditions are confirmed at the time of booking.
